Cavanna Homes

Cavanna Homes is a family run business which has become the largest independent house builder in the South West. They pride themselves on their reputation for the highest standards of design and build quality.

We were invited to tender for our initial contract and following the successful completion of that, we have gone on to work with Cavanna on other groundworks projects over the past few years.

In each case we have undertaken all groundworks for the development including roads, sewers, drainage, slabs, driveways, patios and gardens.

The Pines, Torquay

This was a very tight site for an apartment block with restricted access. Combined with the fact that it was in a very built up residential area, the project was logistically complex and we had to make a lot of provisions for arranging deliveries. As this was a split level site, we also undertook retaining works before the build commenced.

Rockbeare Briar, Rockbeare

Rockbeare Briar is a housing development of 19 homes in a rural setting. It was an interesting site because it is situated behind a popular public house and access was via the pub’s car park. Our site team managed the sensitivities of this location to ensure that the project was successful for everyone involved.

Meadow Haze, Woodbury

This development was a mixture of 20 properties comprising 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses in a Greenfield setting but also located very close to the centre of the Devon village of Woodbury.

Baymount

The Baymount site features 18 homes. This was a Greenfield site but was accessed via an existing residential area. We ensured that we were of minimal impact to the local residents.
